Flight Data

Included is flight data collected by the UAV Laboratories. The data is archived in HDF5 format, which can be read by many programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, and C. More information can be found on the HDF5 website.

Tags are associated with each flight to indicate the aircraft flown and maneuvers performed. For flights from August 1, 2014 and newer, PDF scans of notes for the flight are included to provide information of a qualitative nature for the flight, such as "excitation 1 was terminated early due to airspace restrictions, excitation 2 looked good". Also included are links to the flight code flown on each flight to provide as much insight as possible for data archival and analysis. Please feel free to use this data for your own research, development, or education purposes.
