Abstract

Description

This was the second flight of the program that investigate the spin susceptibility of the Ultra Stick 120. This flight involved the baseline (unmodified) Ultra Stick 120. After takeoff, Curt trimmed the aircraft in steady & wings-level flight. We then performed 3 straight-ahead stalls. This was followed by spin testing, wherein Curt supplied pro-spin inputs, allowed the spin to develop, and actively recovered the aircraft. We performed 4 such spin test points.
