His current focus is infrastructure planning in collaboration with the utilities that serve the 15 states and one Canadian province that comprise the MISO region. As Chairman, Mr. Hoecker instituted regional transmission organizations under Order No. 2000 to plan and administer the bulk electric power system. Louise Segroves is a Natural Resources Scientist at Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, and worked as an Environmental Scientist with Barr Engineering during the CapX2020 initiative. With her with at Barr Engineering, Ms. Segroves assisted with environmental review, line corridor review, permitting, and compliance for the Brookings to Hampton, and Hampton to La Crosse CapX2020 lines.Item Interview with Mark Alhstrom(2015-07-09) Alhstrom, Mark; Monti, MartaMark Alhstrom is the Vice President, Renewable Energy Policy at NextEra Energy Resources. Mr. Gregerson is currently an energy policy program consultant with Great Plains Institute, with a focus in supporting regional and state expansion of renewable energy and transmission development in the Midwest.
