Abstract

Dave Geschwind is the CEO and Director of Operations of Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (SMMPA), and is the President of the Western Fuels Association. Mr. Geschwind has experience in overseeing generation and transmission assets, power marketing and operation functions, and in dealing with matters like the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North-American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). Rick Hettwer is the Manager of Power Delivery at Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (SMMPA).
