Abstract

Greg Rislov serves as the Commission Advisor to the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission, advising the commission on financial and policy issues related to electric, natural gas, and telecom regulation. Mr. Rislov also serves as the commission’s staff representative for the Organization of MISO States.
