Abstract

Student research papers associated with field classes at the University of Minnesota Itasca Biological Station and Laboratories, 1928-2012, were examined in order to locate raw data. There are 2855 papers covered. Various characteristics were recorded including the amount of data, whether the data was numeric or descriptive, the year the work was conducted, the location of the study, the species covered, and whether maps or photographs were also present. The resulting data set presented here cites the original papers and includes information on how to obtain a copy.
