Abstract

It is the purpose of this constitution to provide a framework enabling faculty, professional academic and administrative staff, civil service/bargaining unit personnel, and students to work collaboratively to fulfill the mission of the College. This constitution is not part of the employment contract between the University and its employees. It does not establish terms and conditions of employment. All conditions not covered in this constitution shall be governed by University policies and procedures. To the extent that any provision conflicts with a Board of Regents or other University policy or procedure, the Board or other University procedure shall govern.

Description

This constitution shall be in effect immediately upon approval by a simple majority of all votes cast by voting members of the College. Subsequent approval by the President and the Board of Regents will affirm the document.
