Abstract

The datasets uploaded describe Eurasian watermilfoil distribution and abundance across the state of Minnesota. The dataset formed the basis for all the analyses in the paper referenced below.

Description

The data was used to develop multiple species distribution models and includes both surveyed and several selected unsurveyed lakes. Besides EWM invasion status and abundance information for all surveyed lakes, the data also provides a snapshot of various ecological lake-level covariates (such as water chemistry conditions, water temperature and surrounding land-use).
