Abstract
This application is a product of the "Rapid Forest Ecosystem and Habitat Inventory by Imputation" project. This application uses forest inventory management (FIM) data combined with native plant community (NPC) observations and physiographic data to impute likely NPC class for inventoried stands.
Description
This application is housed in a large Microsoft Access database (1.6GB). The application was built on top of the 2012 USDA Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) database for Minnesota, and incorporates MNDNR forest inventory and NPC monitoring data, along with soils data from the Minnesota Soils Atlas.
