Abstract
Microscopy images of Methanococcus maripaludis cells expressing FAST1 tagged to different genes involved in methanogenesis. Images were used for quantification of protein expression in live cells.
Description
.tiff files of M. maripaludis cells expressing FAST1 tagged to different genes involved in methanogenesis. Images include phase contrast and fluorescent channel images acquired with an echo revolve microscope. The image files are 16-bit (to preserve the light intensity information). To display the images properly they should be opened using a program such as ImageJ am open source supported image viewer that can be downloaded from https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html
