Abstract
The Institute's monthly staff newsletter featuring news of recent activities, accomplishments, and resources. This month's first feature story is about training early childhood and other professionals to identify autism and other developmental delays. The second story is about the new Frontline Initiative issue encouraging direct support professionals to vote and advocate for their profession. The third story tells how the College of Direct Support helps train the direct support workforce. The fourth story is about ICI's efforts in Minnesota to end sub-minimum wages for people with disabilities. This month's alumni update is about Mollika Sajady (MNLEND 2018-19), a developmental pediatrician and parent who believes in the healing power of nature.
