Historical note: International Programs and Services was previously known as the International Education Office. The International Education Office (also known as the Office of International Education) existed from at least 1987-88 through at least 2014-15 according to the campus directories, but by 2019-20 the directory lists International Programs and Services. From 1979-80 through the mid-1980s, it was known as International Studies, International Studies Center, or Center for International Studies; the last directory to note the International Studies name is 1986-87 but at least one newsletter ("International Perspectives (1985-10-28)") indicates that the change had happened by October 1985.
