The Southwest Research and Outreach Center (SWROC) conducts research and leads outreach programs that enhance the efficient use of agricultural and natural resources in southwest Minnesota and beyond. Established in 1959, Southwest Research & Outreach Center was originally known as the Southwest Experiment Station (SWES).
