Laboratory School Newsletters

This collection contains newsletters published by students at the Laboratory School at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Titles include:

• The Fourth Grade Star, June 7, 1940, in which "the fourth grade publishes news of the year."
• University Star, November 23, 1949 (vol. 3, no. 2) through March 20, 1952 (vol. 5, no. 6), published by the seventh grade students.
• Little Gopher, October 1959 through December 1959 (number 3), published by the seventh grade students.
• The Explorer, December 18, 1964, published by the sixth grade class.
• Jr. Statesman, with undated issues that appear to be from 1967. The title is likely a reference to the student newspaper published by students at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, which at the time was called the Statesman.
