Security and Fire Safety Reports for UMD (Clery Act)

The Security and Fire Safety Report is published annually in compliance with the Clery Act. These reports contain information about the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. They includes statistics for the most recent three calendar year period concerning reported Clery Act crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University of Minnesota Duluth, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The reports also include information regarding the law enforcement authority of the university police, policies concerning campus security, such as crime prevention, alcohol and drug use, sexual assault, state sex offender registry, stalking, dating violence, relationship violence, domestic violence, and reporting options for any crimes that may occur on the campus.
