The Women's Studies program was a precursor to the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies program. This collection contains issues of various Women's Studies newsletters, including:

  • Women's Studies Newsletter from April 16, 1981 (Volume 1, Number 4) through October 1981 (Volume 2, Number 2), when the name changed to The Woman's Page. This newsletter was created and distributed by the Women's Studies Program at the University of Minnesota, Duluth
  • The Woman's Page from November 1981 (Volume 2, Number 3) through September 1987 (Volume 8, Number 1). Please note that the March 1987 issue (Volume 7, Number 7) is missing. This newsletter was created and distributed by the Women's Studies Program and the Women's Coordinating Committee at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, until the final issue (September 1987), which was created and distributed by the Institute for Women's Studies. After September 1987, the name changed to North Shore Visions; see the North Shore Visions Newsletters collection for those issues.
  • Announcements from March 17, 1982 through May 5, 1982, from the Women's Studies Program and the Women's Coordinating Committee at the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
