Abstract

This is a short review of Just War Theory (since it was at a military ethics conference) combined with much deeper connections to "The Developing Global Crisis" which is a theory of modern, civilization level conflict we have been discussing at military and intelligence colleges for about 20 years. The Case of Syria is carefully considered, both the genesis of its devastating civil wars and subsequent migrations of millions of Syrians to neighbors and even to Europe. What is offered here is the PowerPoint presentation. The accompanying paper will come later.
