Abstract

Description

This network data is provided in two comma separated value (.csv) text files. "Nodes" is a table where each row is either an actor or a policy institution and each column is associated variables representing attributes of that institution or actor. "Links" is an edge-list, a tabular representation of pair-wise relationships between nodes. Each row is a link between two entries in the "nodes" table, uniquely defined by a to-from pair of fields. Additional variables in the "links" field describe attributes of the relationships.
