Rural Workforce and Entrepreneur Recruitment and Retention survey instrument (multi language)

The rural newcomer survey instrument was made available in English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish languages. This instrument was distributed across twenty Minnesota counties to examine the motivations, opinions, and engagement of new residents to rural Minnesota. This work is supported by Rural Workforce and Entrepreneur Recruitment and Retention grant no. 2017-68006-26231, project accession no. 1012099 from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
