Type 2 Diabetes is a chronic disease of high blood sugars. This pamphlet briefly explains Type 2 Diabetes and how it can be prevented or delayed. A healthy diet and regular exercise, or treatment with a Diabetes medication known as Metformin, can help to prevent Type 2 Diabetes.
