In this issue Features 4 Center for Animal Health and Food Safety: 10 Years of Collaborative Leadership The Center for Animal Health and Food Safety celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. 9 Four Cooperating Universities Receive $700,000 Dairy Grant The grant is being used to launch a National Center of Excellence in Dairy Production Medicine Education for Veterinarians. 10 NIH Awards CVM Five-Year Grant for Summer Scholars Program The funds will support summer research training for veterinary students. Regents Allocate More Funds to Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory
A much-needed $1.6 million is allocated to the VDL.
