The Youth Development Podcast Season 4 kicks off with a Youth in Agriculture Series! Using research data intermixed with fun personal stories, Samantha describes the characteristics of Gen Z (born 1997-2012) and what to consider when engaging this generation on the farm and in the industry of agriculture.
