Abstract
This repository contains the data and R code used to conduct the analyses in the article "Non-linear water clarity trends and impacts on littoral area in Minnesota lakes" in Limnology and Oceanography Letters.
Description
Detailed descriptions of the data and R files can be found in Vitense_and_Hansen_Metadata.pdf. We recommend using RStudio to run the code. Double-click on the R project files ('AllLakesModelSecchi.Rproj' and 'Clarity_Habitat_Impacts.Rproj') to open up new RStudio windows with the working directories set to the folders where the project files are located. Note that the 'Clarity_Habitat_Impacts' project uses output from the 'AllLakesModelSecchi' project.
