Description

This study of the 2005 Minnesota waterfowl-hunting season was conducted to assess waterfowl hunters’: • participation and activities; • satisfaction; • attitudes about waterfowl management, and • opinions about hunting quality, Youth Waterfowl Hunting Day, and battery-operated, spinningwing decoys. The survey was distributed to 4,000 waterfowl hunters; 2,568 completed surveys were used for this analysis. After adjusting for undeliverable surveys and invalid respondents, the response rate was 65%.
