Description

The purpose of this Predesign Report is to define the programmatic, physical, and financial requirements of a new University of Minnesota Equine Center (UMEC) on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul Campus for its College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM). The report includes an assessment of programmatic needs and facility area requirements, code analysis, site analysis, architectural concept plans, a cost estimate, and a proposed schedule for design and construction.
