Weisman donates $3 million for U. for construction of art museum; Joy Mincey-Powell states that U. discriminates against disabled community through its architecture; Alfred Aeppli states opinion that U. is driven by money and prestige and supports a crazy salary structure . Proposes step structure to address inequities in faculty salaries; Keith Nichols states that U. architecture serves as barrier to public; Mary Tate presents background information on salary comparisons with public and private sectors and Civil Service Committee recommendations for 1991; Pauline Boss expresses concern about market value distribution of salary monies which discriminate against colleges and schools like the College of Home Economics which focus on human values."
