Abstract
Description
All of Phyllis Wheatley's Program Logic Models were created or updated in late 2006 to ensure that program inputs, activities and outputs directly link to client outcomes and are Mission and Strategic Plan driven. The outcome evaluation and program Logic Model development project was the first phase of a planned effort to improve evaluation systems and program design to achieve greatest possible client outcomes. This project takes the next step to better understand what it means to be cost effective and how to achieve the best possible client outcomes and long term measurable community impact.
