Abstract
The study reported herein was performed for the Water Resources Research Center, University of Minnesota. Initial funding was, provided by the office of Water Research and' Technology, Department of the Interior. Final funding was by the Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior. Matching funds were provided by the University of Minnesota In the form of overhead, partial salary of the Principal Investigator and partial computer costs. The support of both the Federal and State organizations is sincerely appreciated.
