Abstract
Examination was made of the reliability and validity of multiple methods of work attribute measurement. Conceptually distinct constructs of technology, organization, structure and job design were found to have similar operationalizations. Conceptual clarity and construct validity are needed in order to enhance our understanding of organization behavior.
