Abstract

This survey tool was designed to assess knowledge of risk analysis and the perception of its implementation in Latin America and Caribbean countries. We surveyed individuals who worked in food safety in academia, government, and private sectors in these countries. These surveys were available in both English and Spanish and were completed online.
