Abstract

In order to achieve a premier administrative operation that is integrated, results-based, and nimble, the Steering Committee believes that a targeted focus is necessary in the following areas: people; organization/structure; information; and culture. The following sections describe each framework’s importance to the transformation and the Steering Committee’s recommendation for near-term, transformative projects that will help drive success in that area.
