Abstract
This database consists of personality-ability correlations that were amassed for a set of meta-analyses. Contributing materials spanned journal articles, theses, personal communications, archival datasets, conference presentations, and others sources. Further details about how these data were curated, cleaned, and organized as well as results of the meta-analyses based on these data are presented in Of Anchors & Sails: Personality-Ability Trait Constellations (2023).
Description
This database contains correlations between personality traits and cognitive abilities in humans. These were compiled from other research done between 1925 and 2013. The original intent was to examine how these domains are related to each other.
The related Stanek & Ones (2023) book and journal article report the results of these meta-analyses and interpretations.
