Abstract

Structural and homology based TE annotation of the Setaria viridis ME034V genome.

Description

The EDTA transposable element annotation pipeline was used to identify structural and homology based transposons in the model monocot Setaria viridis ME034V genome. Non-transposon repeats annotated by EDTA were stripped to generate these minimal TE bed files. The annotations were used in a comparative analysis of DNA methylation in wild type and a DRM disrupted methylation mutant.
