Abstract
The purpose of the study reported on here was to investigate and analyze the energy transportation system in Minnesota in order to identify what the system consists of and how energy sources' are transported to and within the state, and to evaluate the system and to make recommendations for state policy on the matter. It is hoped that the report will be useful to producers, distributors, and users of energy and those who perform energy transportation service, and to government agencies responsible for promoting and/or providing and/or encouraging private investment in transportation facilities in Minnesota.
