Abstract

This is a dataset of magnetic resonance images suitable for performing quantitative T2 mapping in the prostate. Scans were acquired with spin-echo multi-contrast pulse sequence over an array of echo times. This data is being shared to allow comparison of methods for estimating T2 from the images.

Description

Multi-echo image series were processed to remove protected health information, cropped to 128x128 to focus on the prostate, and saved out in NIFTI format. The dataset is divided into Training (n=86) and Testing (n=32) groups. Details of acquisition and format are provided in the readme file.
