Understanding what scholarship is can often be limited. Further, finding out where each potential piece of community engaged scholarship (CES) fits in this continuum can be puzzling. However, the value of taking a scholarly approach to the act of documenting something and creating a product that can be critiqued by others and disseminated is not in doubt.
