Abstract
This project was completed as part of the 2016-2017 Resilient Communities Project (rcp.umn.edu) partnership with the City of Brooklyn Park. In 2005, Brooklyn Park created the Stable Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP) to address several concerns in the Village Creek neighborhood, one of which was high rates of student mobility. City of Brooklyn Park project lead Emily Carr worked with a student enrolled in Geoff Maas' PA 5271 course to analyze changes in student mobility from 2005, when the initial SNAP report was created, to the present. The final presentation is available.
