    Staff Satisfaction Evaluation for the City of North St Paul

    This project was completed as part of the 2013-2014 Resilient Communities Project (rcp.umn.edu) partnership with the City of North St. Paul. Recognizing that staff satisfaction is important, the City of St. Paul wanted to assess how satisfied current staff members are in their city roles. Project lead Jason Ziemer collaborated with students in OLPD 5501: Principles and Methods of Evaluation, taught by Randi Nelson, to create a staff satisfaction evaluation plan. The students created a logic model for the evaluation, set the evaluation context, and provided an evaluation proposal. The final report, presentation, and handout are available.
