Abstract
The National Citizen Survey (NCS) focuses on a series of community characteristics and local government services, public trust, transportation, housing, City services and other topics. Of relevance for the Sea Grant study, the NCS sampled Duluthians on constructs of environmental sustainability, recreation and wellness, civic engagement and other dimensions.
