Abstract

Description

For more than a decade schools and social service systems have been searching for ways to collaborate so that children will receive the social services they need to enter their classrooms ready to learn while parents get the targeted help they need to support their children's education, health, and growth. Do schools have what they need? Do social services have what they need? What are the problems? What works? This publication presents a summary of the conference proceedings.
