How can we make older workers part of the solution to the workforce challenges in the state’s Southeast region? What conversations need to happen -- between employers and employees, in different types of communities -- to best engage older workers to keep Minnesota’s economy strong? Join us for a conversation with employers, employees, community leaders, lawmakers and others interested in the shifting demographics in the workforce, and how those dynamics are uniquely impacting southeast Minnesota communities.
