How can we make older workers part of the solution to the workforce challenges in the state’s Southeast region? What conversations need to happen -- between employers and employees, in different types of communities -- to best engage older workers to keep Minnesota’s economy strong? Join us for a conversation with employers, employees, community leaders, lawmakers and others interested in the shifting demographics in the workforce, and how those dynamics are uniquely impacting southeast Minnesota communities. This convening will be focused on sharing data, exploring ideas, and generating best practices. Location: Hormel Historic Home 208 4th Ave N.W.
