Abstract

This report evaluates the Accessibility of the Metro Transit A-Line arterial bus rapid transit system serving St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is found that overall the A-Line increases accessibility compared to the previous service provided by the local bus, though some areas lose accessibility if they are not near a new A-Line stop.
