This report summarizes the 2006 CEO Leadership Forum, held September 24-26, 2006, on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis. Transportation leaders from across the nation explored three critical issues facing our state transportation organizations: roles and partnerships, customers and stakeholders, and funding and finance.
