Abstract
The University of Minnesota Duluth Labovitz School's Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER) studied and estimated he economic impacts of construction and operations of activity in 2011 culminating in the report "Economic Impact of PolyMet's NorthMet Project on St. Louis County, Minnesota". PolyMet contacted the BBER to expand the 2011 impact study scope to include the entire state of Minnesota.
