Bengston at the University of Minnesota, College of Natural Resources, Department of Forest Resources, in collaboration with the International Union of Forestry Research Organizations (IUFRO), Special Programme for Developing Countries (SPDC), with financial backing from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Interregional Project INT/90/016/A/01/42, "Strengthening Forestry Research in the Developing Countries, Phase II."
