Abstract
This project was completed as part of a partnership between the City of Ramsey and the University of Minnesota’s Resilient Communities Project (http://www.rcp.umn.edu). The goal of this project was to investigate ways for Ramsey to sustainably fund road reconstruction and maintenance projects. City of Ramsey project lead Kurt Ulrich collaborated with students in Dr. Greta Friedmann-Sánchez’ course, PA 5041: Qualitative Methods for Policy Analysis, to conduct interviews with city staff throughout Minnesota and make recommendations on possible funding models. A final student report and presentation are available. A videorecording of the students' final presentation is also available at https://vimeo.com/418063866.
