Abstract
Description
The goal of this survey project was to evaluate the housing relocation experiences of individuals affected by the consent decree in Hollman v. Cisneros. Respondents included both public housing residents affected by the consent decree, as well as a control group of individuals in public housing or Section 8 housing not affected by the consent decree. Survey questions focused on attitudes about their neighborhood, sense of satisfaction, confidence in their neighborhood, problems and concerns, and the relocation process.
