SID modelling of Ebola Virus with vaccine component

Abstract
The project uses a variant of the traditional SIR model in order to fit the 2015 Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone. The fitted model is further modified to include a vaccine component, allowing the prediction of minimum vaccine requirements which would prevent an outbreak in the future.
