The charge of the Graduate Community Engaged Scholarship Task Force was "to develop recommendations for decreasing barriers and increasing support for graduate students to be a part of community-engaged scholarship. The task force will determine the greatest barriers to graduate students in pursuing community-engaged scholarship opportunities and recommend what programs, policies, and resources need to be developed or enhanced to have the greatest impact in facilitating graduate students' community-engaged scholarship."
