Abstract
Description
The Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF) is a regional community foundation dedicated to advancing southwest Minnesota through leadership, relationship building, program development, and philanthropy. The Foundation works to ensure that southwest Minnesota is a highly productive and engaged region where growing numbers of people choose to live. The purpose of this document was to outline a course for evaluation over the next 12-18 months, based on the objectives set forth by program staff in the SWIF FY07-11 strategic plan. The evaluation plan aimed to identify common themes among programs and sketched out measurement tools that may be useful in carrying out evaluation activities.
